Q3 strongest of the year but negative capital and rental value growth persists at the all property level.  

  • At the all property level, capital values decreased -0.3% in September and -0.9% over the quarter. Rental values decreased -0.2% over the month. Total returns were 0.2%.
  • In September Industrial capital values rose 0.7%. Capital growth in the Office sector was -0.1%. This takes quarterly growth to 1.1% and -0.5% respectively.
  • Retail sector capital values fell -1.3% in September and -2.9% over Q3.
