Second strongest investment year despite limited supply on the office market

  • In H2 2018 the investment volume amounted to ca. €1.6bn – full year result amounted to around €4.1bn
  • Offices were again the most popular asset class in the second half of the year with approx. 41%, followed by residential with around 27%.
  • Share of Austrian investors amounted to around 60%
  • Prime office yield reached another record low at the end of the year, but yield curves are slowly flattening. No more major price increases expected.
